Our widely published company is headquartered in a fast-paced design office and manufacturing facility in LA. We design, develop, and manufacture a variety of façade systems, interior wall and ceiling systems, custom art installations on a full range of state-of-the-art equipment, in our 100,000sf facilities.

Our growing team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and outgoing candidate to fill the role of Production Fabricator to join our team.  You will be joining a fun, energetic and motivated team.


Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) office to factory communications, design, creation of detailed shop drawings for in house production use, project scheduling, and quality assurance, project tracking of multiple projects and scales.

Production Fabricator will need a strong skill base in the following:

  • Preparing shop drawing and BOM’s.
  • Understanding of Sheet Metal Design and Fabrication.
  • Interfacing between Office/Design Project Teams and Fabrication Project Teams.
  • QC and compliance checking of fabricated assemblies to drawings.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Attention to Detail.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and requirements
  • Execution of Production/Fabrication CNC files and Material Ordering/Vendor Interfacing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Interfacing between Design Project Teams and Fabrication Project Teams.
  • Interfacing with an ERP system.
  • Set-up program and operate CNC controlled machinery
  • Drill, Tap, Lift, Grind, Weld and perform other general fabrication duties with high level of skill and care
  • Receive production schedule, evaluate and set up equipment
  • Read drawings and assembly instructions while effectively communicating to other staff
  • Utilize computer programs: Outlook, Excel, as well as ERP system experience
  • Maintain and use basic hand tools, power tools and measurement devices: tape measures; calipers; micrometers, etc.
  • Use power and mechanical tools to construct sub-assemblies, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts.
  • Place and remove sheets of steel, acoustic material or aluminum from bed

Also a Plus: Rhino / Catia / Adobe / AutoCAD / Mastercam / PLC programing / Robotics/Arduino


  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar program

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to read and comprehend the job assignment tickets and customer instructional specifications.
  • Vision requirements - close vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to see color.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Climb ladders of varying heights.
  • Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
