Arktura LLC, a global technology and design manufacturer of Architectural Systems is searching for a Marketing Analyst who has a refined design sensibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for making things. You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, software developers, scientists, sales, and marketing experts in our state-of-the-art Los Angeles Manufacturing Headquarters, where we will design the future of the built environment

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with a passion for data in Brand Marketing. Candidate must possess a ''can-do'' attitude, the ability to Communicate Complexity into Simple Attributable Data, who has experience managing multiple concurrent projects, be adaptable to shifting priorities, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Should have expertise in trend research, sales attribution, ad ROI analysis, social media marketing, and B2B digital marketing. The role may also require getting hands-on with campaign creation management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing analytics reports and dashboards for all marketing & brand activities, helping to track KPIs across channels
  • Assist in keyword research, SEO audits, tracking of overall site, social, ad health
  • Supply actionable insights that support data-driven decision making by the marketing team across all touchpoints
  • Work with various data tools with ability to quickly learn new tools / software Evaluate competitive data on industry trends
  • Supply reporting analytics on engagement, lead generation, nurturing, and ultimate ROI of marketing channels though closed sales
  • Input information into various account data bases, track product trends / specs on LATEST item on-line reports
  • Create end user surveys with research partners
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses in an effective manner with sales, marketing, product development, and leadership teams to influence the overall sales, brand marketing strategies
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with mindfulness
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Arktura’s products, services, and solutions: product licensing, pricing, internal processes, platforms for sales management, service fulfillment, product support, licensing, billing
  • Track activities to support current customer account information in Arktura’s Salesforce CRM / HubSpot accounts to use them as the systems of record, in conjunction with Ad and organic social platforms.
  • Create forecasting reporting dashboards for Samples Team: Material Bank, ShipMonk, Store.Arktura.com, with new platforms recommendations to elevate data value.
  • Measure Data to report on marketing campaign efforts using Google Analytics, HubSpot, ad & social platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube), plus other necessary reporting tools to drive optimizations
  • Work collaboratively to optimize existing digital ad efforts and develop new ones informed by research and data, getting hands-on with ad platforms and taking ownership of select campaigns
  • Conduct research on various facets of the influencer marketing industry, at the guidance of the senior management, to identify potential opportunities for partnerships
  • Opportunities to aid the video team in both production efforts and performance tracking
  • Communication Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent English verbal and English written communication skills Experience working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and other internal/external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Research, Data Analysis / Digital Marketing
  • A highly analytical, intellectual curiosity with proven history in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, statistical packages, basic data access
  • Ability to work effectively independently yet collaboratively with marketing, sales partners, and cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights to advance the goals of the business
  • Proficiency with metrics / KPIs to optimize content and user experiences considering data from various resources
  • Advanced command of Excel, Google Analytics, proficiency in CRM, and Marketing Automation systems. Preferably in a B2B design centric setting
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and SQL data mining a major plus
  • A passion and strong understanding or learning about the Architectural Manufacturing industry and Arktura’s mission, ethos, and Brand.
